Rental Process

Income: The gross monthly income of all applicants must equal at least 2.5x monthly rent. Credit: Flexible depending on other criteria; no property debt, no evictions, within the last 3 years. A conditional result may require a guarantor, who will need to make an income of 5x monthly rent in gross pay. Criminal: no felony convictions within the last 10 years completed, and no violent, drug, or sexually-related misdemeanors convictions within the last 7 years completed
